You will be covered from the moment your financial institution confirms that the first premium payment was processed successfully. If you paid with a credit card, you will be covered immediately. If you choose to pay with a bank account (checking or savings), it may take 3 to 4 working days for your financial institution to confirm that the first payment was made.
Unless you requested a paper copy, your insurance policy is sent via email. If you don’t receive it, you can request a paper copy or get assistance with the electronic copy by calling Customer Service at 1-704-625-0161, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM AST.
Your automatic payment will be deducted on the day of the month that you chose during the enrollment process.
